At Tuff Stuff Overland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rugged apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any debris or wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
